The Tantra Shake

This exercise is to awaken sexual energy. It is preferably done naked or at a minimum while wearing very loose pants so your testicles and lingam (penis) can hang freely.

Stand:

  • Feet shoulder width apart.

  • Legs lightly bent (so not fully straight).

  • Arms bend at a 90 degree angle next to your body.

  • Hands relaxed (so no fist but also not fully straight).

  • Head straight.

  • Eyes closed during the whole exercise.

Exercise:

  1. Start shaking by moving your balance from foot to foot and go up and down a little. Since your feet are shoulder width apart your testicles and lingam will freely bounce.

  2. Next: while still shaking use your thumbs and index finger to gently squeeze or flick your nipples. Keep shaking.

  3. Now comes the hardest part; keep shaking but have a smile on your face! If you need something to smile about then just think about how silly you must look doing this exercise. Do this for a few minutes or until it stops being fun.

  4. Next: keep shaking and now use one of your hands to squeeze and massage both your testicles at the same time. After a while, switch hands and continue to massage your testicles (and squeezing/flicking your nipple with the other hand). Keep switching hands until you are done. The squeezing can be as firm as you like. The firmer the better but it shouldn’t hurt.

  5. Now squeeze and massage your testicles with both hands. Keep shaking!

  6. You are done when you feel done.

You might get an erection either a full one or a half erection. That is perfectly fine but it is not the objective of this exercise. If swinging the erection around is too sensitive then simply use a free hand to push the lingam (penis) against your stomach. No other touch to the lingam (penis) during this exercise. Keep shaking throughout the whole exercise.
