Daily Practice

During my day I like to do the following practices:

Early morning as part of waking up: massage my lingam (penis). Just enough to feel my sexual energy rising. Having a hard-on when waking up (or earlier during the night) is a good sign that all is well. Hard-on or not: massaging myself like this makes my (sexual) energy rise.

Morning practice after waking up:

After lunch:

  • Drink coffee (the caffeine kicks in after about 20-30 minutes.)

  • Lie down in bed

  • Do a few minutes of edging

  • Sleep for no longer than 20 minutes

  • Wake up: At this point the caffeine has kicked in, I had a nap and my sexual energy is up. Good energy levels to continue my day.
